refund policy

Our refund policy lasts for 5 days only. If your product has crossed the 5 days of the purchase, unfortunately, we will not exchange or refund.

The refund is only offered to the products, which are not damaged and are in the same condition as the user receives it.

There are some goods, which are exempted from the refund and exchange. Perishable goods like food, magazines, rings and jewelry (as they are customized according to the size of the user) are not comes under the refund and exchange policy. We do not accept the goods that are exchanged by the user in place of fake products.

To complete the refund we do require the receipt of the product purchased.

There are some cases where only a partial refund is initiated like:

Books with some signs of use

Any item that is original but some of its parts are damaged or missing.

Items that returned after the 5 days of receiving that.

Refund

Once we receive the refund request we will send an email to notify them that we have received their return item. We will tell you the approval or the rejection of the refund.

If the return is approved the return amount will be processed and credited directly to the original mode of the payment.

Late or missing refund

If you haven't received the refund, check your bank account and contact your credit card company. Sometimes the refund takes some time to be posted in detail. Again, check your bank account. If you have done all the things and still have not gotten your refund then contact Astrologer Karan Sharma.

The items in the sale do not cover under the refund policy

Exchange

We only exchange the items, which are defective and damaged. If you want to exchange the same send us an email.

Shipping

Generally, it takes 7-10 days to deliver the order to the doorstep.

User has to return their product by themselves at our address. Users will be responsible for paying for their return item shipping cost.

If the user is shipping the item more than 10,000 we will advise them to choose the tracking option. We will not guarantee that we’ll receive your product.

Shipping Policy in India:

We provide free shipping all over India. We deliver the products through DTDC, blue dart, etc like courier services. The user does not have to pay any shipping cost everything is included while the product is purchased.

Shipping Policy outside India:

International shipping does take 30-35 days. If in case we ever feel a problem while shipping the product we refund the amount within 40-45 days (applicable for international shipping).
